Our sisters at the MTS had another sort of monastic studies...peeling and drying bananas! The Lufkin community got a 18 cases of bananas! Obviously, Sr. Joseph Maria is enjoying going bananas
A triple rainbow ended a beautiful day of celebration as we had our celebration in honor of Sr. Joseph Maria's solemn profession. More photos to come.
Only 1 day left for the Thank you, Mom soap sale! The sisters are busy in the soap room and shipping. We're pretty much able to get orders out the next day so if you order by tomorrow you should have your Mother's Day gifts by Friday or Saturday.

It was Stollen baking day today! Sr. Mary Magdalene, Sr. Mary Catharine (our master baker) and Sr. Mary Jacinta have a system going of buttering each loaf and then coating it in both regular and confectioner's sugar! The count? about 65 loaves!
